    Often times our clients have everything they need to succeed, they just require the resources and support to make a strategic jump. We worked on this project for several months and the end result was truly spectacular by a Singapore Company establishing collaboration network with an Indian Company to further the R&D and commercialisation. By ensuring consistent and transparent communication, our client was able to progress by leaps and bounds.

      We approached this project carefully, as it was our very first undertaking of this scale. We studied our client’s business and understood the present line of products are in the sunset sector. We then worked with the management team to evaluate the avenues where the company could tap into their experience and stay relevant for the future. The company eventually short listed energy storage and electric vehicles. Presently, both the products have hit commercialisation. We loved working with this client, and look forward in collaborating together on many more successful projects in the future.

        Our client was into cotton to garments business. We evaluated the business under the T.M.F.T Linkage and identified the potential gaps and needs that could transform the company which was at a profitability of 7 % with the right investment in machinery and process optimisation, the revenues grew and cost was optimised.The company profitability grew to 22% over a 5 year period. The market capitalisation grew 250 times over the same period adding value to the investors.

          We were approached by a patent holder in US to raise funds for the drone delivery technology company. We are presently working on raising funds for the futuristic technology for which patent has been granted. The talks with potential investors is going on and we are planning positive closure by Q1 of 2022.
